Preconstruction Management

It all starts here. From the initial consultation and visual discovery through the permitting process, we’re there at every step. Along the way, we will develop accurate budgets and concise schedules to achieve your critical deadlines. Plus, we will work with you to brainstorm value-engineering options to save you time and get you the most out of your money.

Architectural Design

Solid work depends upon solid design. Our family of architects can give shape to your aspirations and objectives. Construction Management

When it’s time to move from paper to the property, our team makes your plans come to life. Whether you’re remodeling an interior space or building a new ground-up structure, we handle all the logistics including materials procurement, scheduling, quality assurance & testing, and municipal & regulatory requirements. We will also maintain open and transparent communications with you throughout the project so you know we’re effectively controlling costs, meeting deadlines & milestones, and keeping the project on-track so you can achieve your business goals.

Development

We do more than build great spaces. We can help you fully develop a property. Whether you need to create or renovate, we will work with you to develop the right program and design, obtain the necessary public approval and financing, build the structure, and lease/manage the spaces.

Project Delivery Methods

You work with your architect to design your dream space. We will work to make it happen on-time and within budget.

You develop the vision and concept. We will work with our architect and engineer partners to turn them into reality.

If speed is of the essence, we can act as your agent in managing the construction process. We will acquire bids from qualified subcontractors and coordinate all the work. You can also contract directly with the subcontractors to facilitate expedited pricing confirmation and decision making.

When the full-scope is still developing and you need some flexibility, we can work with you on finding the most cost-effective solutions as the project progresses. We manage everything, and the actual construction costs are passed directly to you, so you’ll know exactly what you’re paying for at every step.
